Pictured is Cpl. Ryan Steacy of the British Columbia Regiment (DCOR) and a member of the Canadian Forces Combat Shooting Team which participated in the 2008 International Small Arms Competition at Bisley in the United Kingdom. Despite stiff competition from over 240 shooters from across the Commonwealth, the CF team made a strong showing, taking home the honours of winning the Cheylesmore Cup and NRA Falling Plate Match, as well as consistently placing in the top 5 rankings of virtually every other event. If you examine the photo closely, you’ll notice that Cpl. Steacy is using our Tac-Vest Hydration Harness which he said “I like it a lot and it came in real handy” whist he was competing at Bisley.
